Utformad som en avancerad kurs som bygger vidare på Oral Surgery 1 och 3, täcker denna modul invecklade ingrepp som subtotal mandibulectomi och maxillektomi, samt avancerade sårslutningstekniker. Kursen är skräddarsydd för erfarna utövare. Du kommer att få expertis i att hantera komplexa fall inom oral onkologi och trauma.

• Subtotal and total mandibulectomy
• Caudal mandibulectomy
• Partial palatectomy
• Central and caudal maxillectomy
• Axial pattern flaps for wound closure

Oral och maxillofacial trauma – Nivå 3
• Osteosynthesis systems (instruments and materials)
• Use of miniplates for the treatment of mandibular fractures (plus case discussions)
• Use of miniplates for the treatment of maxillary fractures (plus case discussions)
• Reconstruction plates and bone replacement products for mandibular
segmental defect repair.
