PRICES
Our prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping and valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. We reserve ourselves against typographical errors that may occur. For sales to other EU- countries and for export sales, bills may be without VAT, under a presumption that the customer provides with such information and evidence that the conditions for EU and export sales are met. We reserve the right to retroactively invoice additional taxes if these conditions regarding resale are violated or consumption/use takes place in Sweden. The same applies if a customer provides information or documentation that is incorrect. We reserve the right of goods sold until full payment is received.
PAYMENT
Sales are made against an invoice and is due for payment fifteen (15) days from date of invoice. Alternatively payment can be done via e.g VISA/MASTERCARD. (DIBS direct payment).

Sweden: 3,000 SEK
EU: 300€
Europe export: 500€ (free shipping including customs duties)
Export to the rest of the world: 1,000€
SHIPPING
The products are normally delivered by our carrier. We take no responsibility for delays due to delay of the carrier or manufacturer.
If the package delivery is missed, the customer will be charged any additional costs required by the shipping company for a new delivery.
DELIVERY
Orders received before 11:00 AM, are usually packed and shipped the same day. Your products are delivered within 14 days (our ambition is to deliver stock items the same day or the following day).
New Free Shipping Thresholds, valid from 2/1/2024:
Sweden: 3,000 SEK
EU: 300€
Europe export: 500€ (free shipping including customs duties)
Export to the rest of the world: 1,000€
***For UK we cannot deliver shipments without a valid EORI number. The order value needs to be over €200 due to Brexit, you will also have to pay a custom fee seperately because of Brexit that is not from us. Failure to do so will result in an invoice for all shipping and handling costs due to the order being sent back.***
CLAIMS
Claims shall be made immediately and no later than 8 days after receipt of goods. If the claim is approved freight is free of charge. Damaged goods must always be reported directly to the carrier when received.
RETURNS
When returning unwanted or wrongly ordered goods, the following applies:
Return of entire order must be notified within 8 days, cost of shipping to and from the customer will be charged.
Return of “On demand”-products must be notified as above, and first approved by Accesia to ensure we are able to return it. In this case, there is also a cost for shipping from our supplier.
When returning a single item in an order, return shipping is added to Accesia (SEK 200 up to 3 kg). If the value of the order exceeds SEK 5,000, insurance is also added.

BACKORDER
When goods in stock are backordered, we ship them free of charge as soon as we receive them.
